✨ Glam Nails💅🏽 Studio Appointment & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment with Glam Nails💅🏽 Studio, you agree to the following terms: Appointment Reservations Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value professionalism, respect, and the understanding that everyone’s time is valuable. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a 25% service charge of the total scheduled service. • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. This policy is not intended as a punishment. It exists to maintain fairness, protect reserved time, and uphold a respectful professional relationship. Reasonable and verifiable emergencies may be considered at management’s discretion. Card on File Authorization A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you authorize Glam Nails💅🏽 Studio to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule. If the service cannot be completed due to lateness, the cancellation policy may apply. Repeat Cancellations Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings or may result in refusal of future service. Agreement By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Policies are applied consistently to all clients and are subject to change without notice.
